Delivering the best and most creative mortgage products while providing knowledgeable and honest service to the consumer.
This has been my goal since 1987. Many of my current customers are also my past customers. It is not enough to have just a low price, my experience tells me that how a customer feels they were treated is what they remember most and is the reason for calling the next time they need additional financing.
Besides originating mortgages since 1987 I have also been a realtor for 10 years prior to mortgage origination. This combination has given me a unique insight into the needs of all who are involved in the transaction. I enjoy working with a group of individuals that stand ready to help and provide expert advice and direction in any given situation. This list includes realtors, appraisers, processors, underwriters, title company representatives, 1031 exchange experts, and financial and legal experts. All of these individuals add to the one end result of a satisfied customer.
My expertise has been to help customers secure financing for the lot they desire to build a house on. I follow this up with having some of the best construction to perm. loans available in the market. This combination along with the more traditional mortgage products makes our operation one of the best and worth a call.
